Tucchetti's used to be in Fox Valley, near Chicago, IL. My family ate there many times. It consistantly was wonderful. Food was very authentic Italian. I believe with a 'Napels' flavor. They had dishes that I have never seen served in another Italian establishment (other than my own mother's home). The waiters were Italian. They were very nice to children. It wasn't noisy like many resturants. Tucchetti's was always very clean. The washrooms were clean and pleasant. There always was a short wait to be seated, (many people dined there) but they gave you small slices of pizza to keep you satisfied waiting. Unfortunately, they closed, I believe, in 1997. I understand that their resturant in Arizona still remains. Tucchetti's -- Chicago wants you back! How about in the Bloomingdale, IL area? A very large community in need of resturants. We loved you.
